An excellent motel with very clean rooms and bedding. Our king size bed room wax very comfortable too. Nice hot breakfast too. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon!
I have say that the staff is the best I have ever encountered in all my travels. The room was nice and clean, the only problem was with the air-conditioning. It's really loud starting up.I have hearing problems so a person with normal hearing couldn't take it. Highly recommended but room 137 stay away from. (noise)
Rooms are ok but our air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Beds are good. Thee continental breakfast is horrible. Waffle is it. No eggs or bacon or sausage.
Very nice staff at this property! Warm welcome on arrival and helpful with answers to questions about area. Rooms were clean, inviting, and comfortable. Nice variety of breakfast selections - foods & beverages. Was in the area for family funeral - would definitely rebook for upcoming Reunion!

After looking at hotel reviews around Columbia I decided that I did not want to stay somewhere infested with roaches, bed bugs, or rude staff members. Since this was literally every hotel review I saw on Google, we decided to keep driving through to the next town. I then came across this hotel and the reviews were almost all glowing positive. After making the reservation we stopped and boy are we glad we did! This hotel truly lives up to the Quality Inn & Suites name! Sheri who checked me in was helpful, polite, and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Love the fresh cooked waffles in the morning, along with a selection of coffee, tea, juice, cereals, yogurts, and pancake/sausage. Only cons were: the fact that there was no elevator but this was a minor inconvenience. Also there were quite a few palmetto bugs in the parking lot but as this was South Carolina this was to be expected. We will definitely be staying here again next time we pass through the area.
Their customer service is excellent. Both people checking us in and out were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were super clean and without carpeted floors! Why isn't this a thing in more hotels? Bathroom and shower in great condition with actual pressure in the shower. The place may appear a little rundown on the outside, but the rooms and front desk area are updated and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was great, too! Would definitely stay here again.
